FAQ
DO YOU TAKE PREORDERS?
I make what brings me joy in the moment. As pottery is a form of therapy for me, the last thing I want to do is put pressure on myself!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
UK DELIVERY TIMES

Orders sent with Second Class Postage should arrive to you in 2-4 working days.
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED
Europe delivery aim: 5-7 working days1
Worldwide delivery aim: 7-14 working days
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?
Due to the current global pandemic with COVID-19, orders might take longer than expected to reach their destinations, this is very much out of my control so please be patient.
Domestic orders can take up to 5-6 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances).
I will ALWAYS recommend opting tracked shipping, otherwise we have no way of keeping an eye on your pottery. This however will always be your choice.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Returns are only accepted if I accidentally ship out the wrong items, (I’m only human, mistakes can happen), if this does occur, please get in touch and I’ll rectify the order.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HANDMADE POTTERY?
Due to the nature of being handmade, this pottery requires a little more care than your bog standard, shop bought ceramics as they are a little more delicate in nature.
Although stoneware, so technically dishwasher safe, I ALWAYS recommend hand washing, particularly for sculpted mugs, to avoid any accidental chips or knocks that may damage and shorten the life of your mug.
Although these mugs have been tested multiple times with rapidly boiling water, I still recommend allowing the kettle water to ‘go off’ the boil a little before pouring into the mug, or adding a little cold water/milk first. This helps reduce the drastic temperature change from adding boiling water that may lead to cracks. If its an extra cold morning, consider rinsing the mug under the warm tap, just to warm it up a little before making your drink.
I am confident in the resilience of my pottery, but I want to help you give it the best chance of a long life as possible!
