Mushroom Mug 1 - Hand Thrown Ceramic Stoneware Cup

This soft, rounded stoneware mug is perfect for any hot drink. Holding approximately 280ml, it is the ideal size for Tea, Coffee, or even a cozy cup of hot chocolate!
The rounded shape makes these mugs extra comfy and cozy to hold. Made using a speckled clay body, a tiny sculpted mushroom has been nestled into a concave in the clay. 
 
Glazed with a combination of food safe glazes, leaving the natural clay at the base giving a rustic hand made feel.
 
These mugs are stoneware, making them dishwasher safe, however I always advise hand washing just to be on the safe side and avoid any accidental chips or knocks! Please keep in mind these mugs are sculptural with a 3D mushroom, so they are a little more delicate that your bog standard mug. Treat them with love and care when in use.
 
All of my ceramics are hand thrown, trimmed, and glazed with love and care, over the course of a few weeks.
Each one is totally unique! Due to the nature of handmade pottery, there may be some minor cosmetic surface imperfections, however these are purely cosmetic, and each mug is tested with boiling water to ensure there is no risk of cracking.
